This page explains what data beavers-agency.fr collects, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights. It applies to the website and to its staging environment, preprod.beavers-agency.fr.
Who is responsible for your data
Beavers, a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €150, 74 avenue Mozart, 83520 Roquebrune-sur-Argens, France, registered in Fréjus under number 853 663 334, represented by Lucas Attali, co-manager.

Beavers has not appointed a data protection officer. Lucas Attali handles requests personally.
What we collect and why
Your contact request
When you fill in the contact form, we receive: your first name, last name, email address, company, job title and website if you provide them, your message, the type of request, the budget or project range and the type of customers you selected. We also receive, without displaying them: the language of the form, the page you came from, the source of your visit if it comes from a campaign link, and the status of your cookie choices.
This information is used to answer you, to route your request to the right person and to prepare our first conversation. An internal automatic classification tells the team whether the request matches our criteria. This classification decides nothing: every request is answered by a member of the team.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries sent to us.
Your request is stored in our contact management tool (Brevo) and passed on to the team through our internal messaging tool (Slack). Follow-up exchanges take place from our business email accounts (Google Workspace).
We do not use your email address to send you marketing communications without your consent. We never sell or rent your data.
The confirmation email
Right after you submit the form, you receive an email summarising your request and telling you who will reply. It is sent by Brevo, on behalf of the person in charge of your request. Brevo adds open and click tracking to it, which we cannot switch off at this time.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in confirming that we have received your request.
Cookie-free audience measurement
We measure website traffic with Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring website, device type, country, and a few anonymous actions (button clicks, form submissions). This tool sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. The statistics are only used to understand which pages are read and to improve the website. They are not combined with any other data and are never used for advertising.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring website traffic. In line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidelines on audience measurement, this strictly statistical measurement does not require your consent.
You can object to it at any time:

Detailed analytics, with your consent
If you accept the "Detailed analytics" category in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse your visit in more detail: sequence of pages, visit duration, form steps. Google Analytics is served from our own subdomain, mesure.beavers-agency.fr, by a server located in the European Union and operated by Stape. This server receives the data before passing it on to Google, which lets us control what is sent. No directly identifying data (name, email, message) is sent to Google.
Without your consent, none of this is loaded. Google Analytics advertising features are disabled.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your cookie choices
We store your choice in a cookie (bv_consent) so that we do not ask again on every page, and so that we can prove we respect it. Your choice and the banner version are attached to your contact request if you send one.
Legal basis: our obligation to be able to demonstrate your consent (Article 7 GDPR).
Website security
To protect the form against automated submissions, our hosting provider limits the number of requests per IP address and we check the time between opening and submitting the form. The website's technical logs record how each request was processed (success or failure of each step, duration), without your name, email or message. Like any web server, the hosting provider also records the IP address and the requested page.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
Client testimonials
Client reviews published on the website, with their author's name and job title, are published with each person's written permission. This permission can be withdrawn at any time by email, and the review is then removed.
Legal basis: the person's consent.
Who receives your data
Your data is read by Lucas Attali and Marie-Claire Blaizot, co-managers of Beavers, and, where your project requires it, by the specialists who work with us under a confidentiality commitment.
Some processing is entrusted to service providers acting on our instructions:

Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel, Slack and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which these companies have signed up, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in their contracts.
How long we keep your data

Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it erased;
- object to its processing, including the cookie-free audience measurement;
- ask for its processing to be restricted;
- receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format, where processing is based on your consent;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before;
- set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@beavers-agency.fr. We reply within one month. We only ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts about your identity.
If you believe we are not respecting your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr, or with the data protection authority of your country.

Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookie or identifier on your device. No third-party script is loaded before you make a choice. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

These cookies are set on our own domain and read by our measurement server.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Click "Manage cookies" at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops immediately and the _ga cookies are deleted from your browser.
Links to other websites
The website contains no share buttons or social media plugins. Links to LinkedIn or to our clients' websites are plain links: the privacy policy of the website you visit applies as soon as you reach it.
Changes
We update this page when our processing changes. If a change affects what you consented to, the cookie banner is shown to you again.
